Ariane Train
Being your doula and supporting your family through this life changing experience requires a great amount of TRUST so let me share a little of who I am.
Born in New England, I moved to Franklin, Tennessee in 2017 and now proudly consider it my home. Our family also has a lake house in New Hampshire where we cherish the time spent there with our children, family and friends.
When I am not helping families bring littles ones into the world ~ you can find me making memories and traveling with my husband, Kevin and our four incredible children.

One of the most difficult parts of entering motherhood is that it’s hard to plan for- you don’t know what type of help will be best. With a postpartum doula you will have help at the ready - no matter what that looks like.
Postpartum doulas can take care of basic household tasks like laundry, giving you a chance to bond with your baby. Or, they can take a night shift with the baby so you can catch up on sleep. A postpartum doula can also lend a listening ear to help you process a birth story or ensure your mental state is stable. Whatever help you may need, we are here.

I provide my clients with information regarding all of their options so that you know what to expect when the time comes. My clients truly benefit from my ability to facilitate communication and understanding between families and their medical support.
